Welcome to my fortnightly Optimal Wellbeing newsletter opt-in.


Before you sign up, I want to give you some background on why I created the Optimal Wellbeing Newsletter.


Prior to becoming a life coach, I spent a decade working in the health and wellness industry.  During this time, I gained a broad knowledge base in all things training, nutrition and lifestyle that supports “good living”.

However, over time I started to see the limitations of a solely physical approach to wellbeing.


My definition of ‘optimal wellbeing’ is being well in every area of our lives.  

Whilst physical health plays a pivotal role in our wellbeing, to enjoy OPTIMAL wellbeing, we must also focus on the health of our careers, relationships and passions whilst paying particular attention also to both our mental and emotional health.


The fortnightly Optimal Wellbeing newsletter is a resource of practical guidance, insights and actionable tips on how to be well in every area of your life.


It is my intention to shift and enhance the lens through which we see the world and bring about more potential and possibility for ourselves and those closest to us.
